How difficult it is to simply say:
“No” without justification.
“No” when we can’t add more to our plate.
“No” when something is not in our best interest.
“No” when we are not feeling aligned to our integrity?
Starting now and for all of 2019 and beyond....
If it ain’t a "F$&@ YES", it’s a "NO!"👠
